Hi I need to replace a couple window sash balances

Question

I have two windows which need to have the sash balances replaced.
1st window has numbers listed as: 26 4 CW CMC 10 and the pictures are for that one. 2nd window has numbers listed as 20 4 LV CMC 2. I had to put that window back together so didn't get pictures for it but the sash balance looks the exact same besides the difference in size.
I would like the sash balances to be come all in one ready to be installed if you have them like that.
Also i need some plastic bottom pieces that just sit below the window in the window base i guess to make sure the window only closes so far. I could not find anything like those anywhere on the internet.

Hello, thanks for posting! It looks like you could have either our S380-27 or S385-27 with the 2640 stamp option. The difference between the Series 380 and the Series 385 lies in the depth of the shoe.Take a look at the picture below for more detail. Once you have determined this dimension you should be able to select the appropriate balance.

Your other balance with the 2040 stamp would be the same series that you determine this one to be. For your other item, it sounds like you need some sash stops. However, we would need to see an image of what you have to determine a replacement. Thanks!
