Do you happen to carry this type of multi-point mortise and the trim hardware? if you need more info, i'll be happy to measure/take apart the hardware for better info.

Hi Elad,
Thanks for posting! I'm sorry to say that we would not be able to supply you with a suitable replacement for your existing multi-point mortise lock. The locks we do carry would not work to replace it and we, unfortunately, do not have a handle that would be compatible with the lock.
Our sincerest apologies that we cannot be of help with this repair but please feel free to reach out with any other hardware repair questions you might have.
