Thanks for writing in. It's difficult to reliably say what operators you need without seeing them out of the window, or at least with the window open and from a bird's eye perspective. We need to be able to see the link arm(s) in addition to the operator itself. I agree the window handle looks like our 26-116; just go over the dimensions on the product page to confirm this. For your tilt latches, check out our 26-120 or 26-121. Look them over and see if they match what you need.
