Hi There, looking to replace several balance rails

Hi there.
The number is 3520 and is 36in long.
i am trying to make sure i select the correct model. I also need help figuring out the top sash for all the windows.( i ordered a whole pack of the top sash's many years ago and they were totally wrong) ill initally order 4 of each, but will need to replace for all windows after successful test run.

Thanks for writing in! I'm happy to recommend a replacement for the top sash guides but I'll need to see a front facing view and a side profile view to determine the correct replacement. Unfortunately, the photo of the top of them does not provide enough information to identify what you need.

The window balances appear to be a match for either the S380-36 or the S385-36. To determine which series is the correct replacement, you'll need to measurement the depth of the shoe.

The stamp option would be the same 3520 stamp on the balance.
