I am confident we can help you locate a replacement balance. However, you're only showing us the stamping on the balance. We will need for you to remove the balance completely out of the window and upload additional images for us to see.

These photos are great, thank you. The metal length of your balance should measure 27", excluding the nylon fittings. Can you confirm? If so, then have a look at our S395-27. This comes complete with a 19-005 balance top and 15-001 bottom balance shoe. Compare your nylon fittings with ours to confirm this balance is a match. The option will be our 2650 that holds a sash weight of 26-30 pounds.

Thank you. I ordered them but they seem very strong and the window moves up 5-10" when I unlock it. which option would have less strength? Thank you

The 2650 option that you have now holds a sash weight of 26-30 pounds. How much does your sash weigh? We just want to make sure this option falls within that weight limit.
