Hidden pivot bar

A handy person from Brick NJ says:
Hello I am looking for a pivot bar for these windows. This is a picture looking from the bottom of the window facing up. The bar is fully enclosed. There are no screws anywhere on the window.

I'm afraid I can't determine what you have based on this photo. We need to see the pivot bar out of the window. You mention there are no screws, which means you might have to take the bottom cap off of the sash.
