Higher set latch for patio door handle

Good afternoon
Madam or Sir I recently purchased an 82-002 sliding door latch it does not latch it is to low. Is there another latch the same length that latches higher. I have attached photos. I live in a concrete building. The jam latch cannot be moved. The old latch is chrome. thank you.

Thanks for contacting us. Could our 82-008 be a better match? This has a higher set locking latch than the 82-002.
