Thanks for your post! Your cabinet hinges could possibly be replaced with either the 32-349 Soft Close Concealed Hinge Set or the 32-344 Large Opening Angle Blum Cabinet Hinge and Plate Set. These are not direct matches for what you have, so I cannot guarantee that either will work, but I do believe they are worth considering.
