Hinge - For a Casement Window

Question

I would like to replace the two hinges on a casement awning window. Is this hinge available?

Window mounting bracket 6", arm 6 5/8", slide 2". The number 30122 stamped on metal.

Please start by reviewing the 36-048 2-bar hinge set that has a 10" track. Compare the dimensions to your originals to confirm a good fit. Please note that both the top and bottom hinges will need to be replaced at the same time. Let us know what you think and if you have any additional questions.
