It's difficult to say what you have without seeing a picture of the old hardware, but I believe this number has been referenced to hinges we've recommended be replaced with our 32-147. While it's not an exact match, it may be the closest substitute we have. It will come down to the dimensions, and there is always a chance with any hinge replacement that you'll have to drill new holes for mounting. See what you think.
