Hinge Question

Question

We are trying to update our kitchen cabinets and the pictures attached are the hinges that have been on the cabinets since the home was built in 1979. Our first question is: do you carry any hinges like this and, if so, what finishes do you have? Second, can you all tell us a good way to paint them? We tried to paint this one pictured but where the actual hinge moves it takes the paint off.

Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated!
