Just wanted to make sure I buy the right one ! Can you please tell me if the Dyad one would work, and if the right side swing out.

Thanks for posting. Your operator looks like our 39-188 Dyad Operator. Compare with your old part and see what you think. If you need the opposite-handed version, see our 39-187. If you need new crank handles, see the 39-114L. As for your hinges, see the 36-048. Review these parts and see what you think.
