Hinge Replacement

I'm looking for the hinges I posted in the pictures above or something similar that could be used as a replacement. The information on the hinges is as follows:

Thanks for posting. Take a look at our 32-126 Hinge Kit. Please compare and see if you think this could work as a substitute. I should caution that it is very, very rare to find replacement hinges like this where the hole pattern is exactly the same. You may inevitably have to drill new holes.
