Hinge arm

Question

I actually need the opposite side arm...left hinged lower looking from the outside. I believe the American craftsman number might be 07-14-34-00-001

We don't have this exact hinge, but our 36-048 should replace it as long as you swap out the top and bottom hinges at the same time. The video below will go into more detail.
