Hello! I would like to identify the hinges on my Ply-Gem 72x26in casement window, weight probably around 80lb. With your help, I identified the operator as Truth 39-253RB (Thank you!). It has a stamp "6D 316" on the arm but I can't find the part number based on that information. The straight arm is about 5 inches long.

Hey Stefan. The hinge does not look like one of our heavy duty, 4-bar variants, so based on this picture alone I'm guessing the 10" 36-048 Hinge Set is our best match. See the dimensions below, compare to your old hinges and let me know if this seems right. The video below shows how to remove and replace this hardware.
