We sell a few different spacers like you show here, but I'm not sure of what depth you need. Can you tell me how far this sticks out from the cabinet wall?

The closest option that we carry would be the 32-355 spacer with a projection of 2-3/16" but it doesn't look like you'd have space to attach the hinge. I'm sorry that we can't offer an exact match but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
