Take a look at the 32-344 cabinet hinge set. This could be a newer version of what you have. Just make sure the dimensions match up to yours.

We unfortunately don't sell this exact hinge. The 32-344 that Dave recommended above remains our best option, though it is unfortunately not guaranteed to work. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
