Hinge for a lazy susan -- MEPLA?

Hi -- I have a lazy susan that was built in 1997. The two hinges are broken. I have sent a photo. I believe that MEPLA made these, but there are no markings. Are there replacement hinges available?

Thanks for posting, Kevin. Have a look at our 32-344. This isn't an exact match for your hinge but it is similar in function. Let me know if you think you could use this as a replacement.
