Thanks for contacting SWISCO. I'm afraid those are not are product numbers, but rather the codes of the original manufacturers oft he parts you need. I can't cross-reference those numbers with anything in our system.
If you are uncertain about what to order, could you provide pictures of your old parts? That would help us identify what you need.
If you think you have located what you require on our online store, you should be able to simply click "Add to Cart," and then click "Checkout" at the top right hand corner of the screen. Don't forget to set the quantity!

Seems the Young Hinkle furniture is top notch except for the hardware. Pot metal breaks easily. I'm surprised that no one had an after market fix for this. I'm in need for a few hinges as well. There are some on ebay ,but the price is ridiculous. You'd think they were gold instead of pot metal. This furniture has gone through my son, his two daughters and is being assigned to our great grandson. Just a little touch up here and there over time. Still in good shape, just need the hinges. Found the drawer guides at Prime Line Products. So if anyone comes with a solution other than ebay on the hinges, give us a heads up. Tks!
