The hinge connected with egress window having issues,I'm looking for the new hinge or back piece connecting the window and hinge.
It is Pulte 2008 built house in Michigan.

I'm afraid we don't sell the black piece on your hinge separately, but take a look at our 36-048. Compare our dimensions to yours and see if this matches what you need. Just be sure to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
