Hinge pivot bottom dark part is rusted out and broken

Thanks for reaching out! You may be able to use our 36-048 2-Bar Hinge Set to replace your hinges but you'll need to take a look over the dimensions to confirm. You'll especially want to compare the length of the sill track. 

Keep in mind, there is a chance the installation hole measurements may not be an exact match, which may require drilling new holes into the sash. We do advise caution, if you have to drill the holes since there is a risk of cracking the glass pane or damaging the frame.

We suggest replacing both the top and bottom hinges to ensure they will be a match; the 36-048 can be used for either the right or left side of the window.
