Thanks for contacting us. The closest match we have is our 32-101, though I cannot be sure if the hole placement will match up to yours. There's about a 50/50 chance you have an older mold that used a different hole spacing. If that's the case, the 32-101 should still work, but you will have to redrill holes.

I'm afraid it does not include screws, but you should be able to find the screws you need from any local hardware store. Our 32-101 is also only available in antique bronze and satin nickel.
