Hinge replacement for Medicine Cabinet

A home owner from NYC says:

I will need two hinges, 4" screw to screw and 5" end to end. They are for a glass medicine cabinet.

I have a few other pictures if you need them. This is for a Keystone medicine cabinet in the bathroom. The company is no longer in business.

Hey, Barbara. I don't know if we have this exact hinge but it's similar in design to our 32-349 or maybe even our 32-346. Look these over and see if you could get either to work as a replacement.
