Hinge and Hinge Plate For Kitchen Cabinet

This hinge was made by Mepla originally for Homecrest cabintry. Mepla has since been bought by Grass America. The hinge broke and I need a replacement hinge and corresponding hinge plate.

Did the 32 340 WORK FOR NJ. MAN ON APRIL 17 2015 FROM LINCOLN PARK NJ.THEN IT WILL WORK FOR ME THANK-YOU
