These are hinges installed in new cabinets acquired in 1986. The paperwork seems to describe them as "ACC 130" hinges from Mepla in High Point, NC.

We unfortunately do not sell this exact hinge, but the design is similar to our 32-343. This may be worth considering but look it over and let me know what you think!
