It's tough to be sure since your photos are quite zoomed in but I don't believe that we carry an exact replacement for your cabinet hinge. With that being said, you're welcome to look through our selection of replacement options here. Review the specifications of each part to see if you might be able to adapt one of them to work for your application. Thank you.
As I suspected, we do not carry an exact match for this hinge but you might be able to adapt our 32-351 to work as a substitute. We can't make any guarantees but review the dimensions below and see what you think.
