I'd like to replace these old Grass hinges with soft close hinges. What would be the suggested replacement?

Thanks for writing in! Your cabinet hinges have a similar design to the 32-343 Face Frame Cabinet Compact Hinge and the 32-345 Wrap Around Frame Cabinet Compact Hinge. Neither of them are an exact match for what you have but I do believe they may work for your repairs.
Take a look over each of their dimensions, on the website, and compare them to see if they might be a fit. Be sure to look over the additional information in the product description as well.
