Hinges for hopper window

Took three pics to the hinges I'm looking for. I've view is from top looking down. Hope you can help me locate thus part.

Unfortunately, we do not carry this style of hinge or the plastic slide that it uses. Your best option would be to contact the window manufacturer directly to see if they can supply the part for you or point you in the right direction. Good luck with your repair!
