Unfortunately, we do not carry a suitable replacement for the cabinet hinge shown in your photos. We carried a few similar options at one time, but they have since been discontinued. I'm sorry we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
