Thanks for your post! Your window hinge is similar to the 32-345 Wrap Around Frame Cabinet Compact Hinge. It is not an exact match but I do believe it will work. Carefully look over the specifications and compare them.
Keep in mind you may need to drill at least one new hole for the installation.
