Just need the plastic holder. It is broken underneath and doesn't stay on.

Thanks for writing in! Your folding handle cover looks a lot like the 39-404 Pella Folding Crank and Lock Kit. The opposite handed version is part 39-403. The cover is not sold separately, so you would need to purchase the entire kit. Take a look and see what you think.
