It holds lower window section and contains coil spring with help hold window in position. I heard they may be Anderson windows

We'd be happy to help but we'll need you to remove an undamaged pivot shoe from the window to compare to our inventory. If we can identify the pivot shoe, that will tell us the coils and accessories that you'll need.
