Holds window in track

Quick Learner
Window tilts inward for cleaning, accidentally let go and the left side plastic piece snapped.

Hello,

It sounds like you may need a new pivot shoe. We'd be happy to help but we would need to see an undamaged shoe removed from your window to compare to our inventory. Please also write out the exact width and thickness to narrow down your options. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us but we will still need to see your pivot shoe fully removed from the window, as well as confirm the exact width and thickness, to research this for you.

Ok. So I can't take the whole piece out because my window won't stay in place. I took a picture that you maybe able to tell the size

Unfortunately, we are not able to determine the dimensions of your part, especially while it is installed. We completely understand that it is an inconvenience but it is necessary to see the pivot shoe fully removed from the window, as well as confirm the exact width and thickness written out, to compare to our inventory. You can reinstall the shoe and sash afterward until the replacement parts arrive.
