Hole plug

Question

Bought an old house with crank windows in sunroom. Need to locate hole plug for 3 1/8" slot. Appears similar to these. Do they still make them?

I'm afraid we don't sell a weep hole cover with that big of an opening. However, I wonder if you could adapt our 39-355 awning operator slot cover to work for what you need. Compare our dimensions to yours and see what you think.
