Hello-I am looking for replacement hinges for Homecrest cabinets that no longer stay closed. Pictures attached and I believe part number is 0308736

We offer our 32-345 wrap around cabinet hinge that is similar to yours. Although it's not exactly like yours, but it does install basically the same as yours. Look it over and let us know what you think.
