Just saw that the window type is Alenco. Hope this helps! And the cross sectional dimension is 0.5".

I'm afraid that we don't have any kind of weatherstripping that matches what you show here. Can you confirm how it installs? Does it slide into a slot from the end or does it just push straight in? Maybe we can come up with a functioning substitute.
