Homecrest kitchen cabinet replacement hinges

See photos of hinge. The portion that screws in to the cabinet (with one screw) is 2 3/4 inches high and the portion that screws (with 2 screws) into the cabinet door is 1 1/2 inch high.

You didn't show the complete hinge, but take a look at the 32-107 hinge, along with the others on the website, to see if they match up to your hinge.
