I have a Homedecor Innovations Bi-Fold Mirror Door that is not operating correctly. It seems that the bottom pins do no raise the door high enough for the top pins to stay in track. Also, the to sliding pin is either broken or missing. Is there a schematic to see what is missing or what I need. There is no number to relate to for identification but it is 36" x 80"

We don't have any schematic like that, unfortunately. I'm honestly not sure what you might have. We would need to see photos of the original hardware out of the door and fully intact to use as a reference, but if parts are missing then it will be exceptionally difficult for us to determine what you have. Please try your best to get us as much information as you can.
