Thanks for posting! I'll need to see the metal housing you mentioned removed from the door to identify the correct replacement roller. The piece you show here is the inner housing; unfortunately, I cannot use it to identify what you need.

It is important to see the details of that housing and you'll also need to have it remove to compare the dimensions and ensure the replacement recommendation will be a fit.

Sure! Your dimensions appear to match the 81-223 1-1/8"dia Replacement Steel Concave BB Wheel. Unfortunately, we do not have a nylon wheel that shares the same diameter. 

I believe one of the axles from the 81-310 Roller Axle Repair Kit should work for your application but I cannot make any guarantees. You can also take a look at the 81-304 Roller Replacement Axle.

The inner housing of the roller does appear to be slightly damaged so there is a chance you may end up needing to replace the entire assembly.
