Hello,

I recently bought a new house and want to get a new lock and handle for the hopper windows in the basement. I'd prefer to do something streamlined with the handle and lock in one that when you turn the handle the window unlocks or locks.

Below are pictures of the window and the currently (ugly) painted handle and lock. I'd greatly appreciate any product recommendations you have.

Hey there,

Thanks for reaching out! We may be able to provide you with a recommendation to replace your existing locks. Although, I'll need to know the distance between the installation holes from center to center.

Please feel free to reach out with any other questions you might have in the meantime.

I could always close the holes and redrill new holes for the window.

Sure! Take a look at our selection of window locks from our online catalog. There are quite a few so you'll need to be sure to look over each of their dimensions and design to determine what would work best with your window.

You can find them in the Locks for Awning, Casement, and Hopper Windows section of the catalog.
