Embossed on the hardware that was removed is 7/16 & the number 30122. This is for a basement vinyl window.

Thanks for reaching out to us. It looks like you need a new hinge. Start by taking a look at the 36-048. Review our specifications and see if they match what you're searching for.

Note that you'd want to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
