Hopper window latch

Quick Learner from USA
Good morning,

I have a Hopper window in my basement bathroom. It is a tilt window. The latch is broken and I need to replace it. I am attaching a picture of the broken latch.

Appreciate your assistance

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we can't be sure of what you need without seeing an undamaged version. If there is another window with an intact version of this latch that you could show us, we can go from there. We'll also need you to write out the exact distance between the installation hole centers to narrow down your options. Thank you!

Unfortunately this is the only window and I don't have the intact assembly. I will measure the distance of the screw holes and let you know.

The distance between the screw holes is an inch and a half.

Thanks for getting back to us. It looks like the 38-126 would be our best match to your base with the same 1-1/2" hole spacing. I can't guarantee that this will work without seeing an intact version but you are welcome to give it a try. If you run into any issues, our return policy can be found here. Take a look and see what you think.
