Hopper window operator.

Please confirm correct part number. This is from a 36In wide hopper window. Center crank, approx 10 in arms. Circa 1990 (Bronze).

I'm afraid I don't recognize what you have from these images. Can you show me a picture of the base of the operator, as well? That's just as important as the arms. Thank you!

The base and arm configuration for the 39-083 is too different. I don't think that will work. You may instead want to consider our 39-312. This has the same kind of base and the arms are similar, but the sliders at the end of each arm are slightly different than yours. For one thing, ours are plastic instead of metal. The overall shape is also slightly different, but it may be close enough. Look it over and let me know what you think.

Yes. After pulling the old unit and looking closer, I ordered 39-312, and also ordered new slides to be sure they were compatible. Fingers crossed!! Thank you.
