Unfortunately it's close but just to wide at 7/16th....simply won't fit into the window frame...ours is 1/4''............any other ideas?

Thanks for confirming! In that case, would our 87-084 be more suitable? This is 1/4" wide and has a similar wheels. Look over the other dimensions and let me know what you think.
