This strip is across the bottom of the fixed window in a 32" vinyl window. Is this available?

Thanks, David, these photos are a huge help. Base don these photos I think our best match for your glazing is the 55-180. Now, it's not exactly the same as your original, but it is the closest available in our inventory and I think it is worth considering. Look over its dimensions and see what you think.
