Windows are non-tilt
I have 6 windows. 3 of 2 different sizes
Picture taken from below shows an angled piece. This piece has hole for tool to grab.
Do I just grab it and pull down? after releasing tension do I twist 90 deg so tube can clear clip?
I pulled on 1 a little and it didn't come down. Think I just need to get more forceful?

Hello,
We have a guide for replacing non-tilt spiral balances like yours, which you can view here. Keep in mind that these balances are under contact tension, so you'll need to have a firm handle when pulling the spiral away from the bracket. Thanks for posting!
