How To Adjust Benchmark Bifold Pivot

A quick learner from Venice, Florida says:
Trying to find instructions for adjusting Benchmark Bifold Door Pivot with Clip for a steel door. We have a set of bifold doors, one opening left the other right, they are very heavy and have a mirror on the outside. The problem is the set on the left hangs lower than the set on the right.

The video you suggested we view is not the same type of mechanism plus a very light door that is using an adjustment for the wheels, ours does not have wheels. Tried contacting Benmark Windows and Doors in the U.K., they said they do not do business out of the U.K. so it is not their product.

Paul from SWISCO responded:

The main adjustment for your door should be a bottom corner pivot pin like our 21-002. This controls the height and squaring up the door to the wall. The other three guide pins will look like our 21-044 and they just float in the track. The 21-002 has a little slot at the top that you can turn with a screwdriver to adjust it.
