How can I order new door handles for my Guardian sliding glass patio door

Mounting holes measure 3-15/16" but as you can see the lever that acuates the double mortise latch is not centered. It is more toward the bottom. Center of latch measures approximately 1-1/8" from bottom mounting hole. Thank you for any help on this matter!

Thanks for reaching out to us. Take a look at the 82-089. This measures 3-15/16" on the installation hole centers with the thumb lever in an offset position. Review the specifications and let us know what you think.
