How difficult is it to replace the 38-090?

Is it difficult for a homeowner to replace the Silverline Casement Locking Handle?  Do you have instructions to follow for replacement?

This lock, 38-090 is screwed on the outside looking in. Open the casement window and with a screwdriver, unscrew the two installation screws and remove the lock from the frame. Place the new lock in the opening and screw the lock to the frame. Let us know if you have any other problems.
