How do I determine the correct channel balance weight?

I have this as 395 channel balance and found the correct ends but not sure of the correct weight, can you look at the attached pictures and tell me if 4 is correct that is stamped on it?
Also can you identify the correct window lock part for me to order?

Thanks for posting. Based on your pictures, I would start with our S380-28 channel balance and 90-005 window lock. Just make sure all the dimensions we show for each part are the same as yours.
